You can use Mumu without signing up, and then everything stays on your device. If you choose to link an account (Google on Android, Apple on iPhone), your routines and Mumu’s records are kept on our server so they can move to a new phone; we do not store your email address, name or photo. Usage analytics are off unless you turn them on. Reminders are scheduled on your device. There are no ads and nothing to buy. Mumu is not a treatment or counseling service.
Privacy policy
1. Without an account: data stays on your device
Your routines (including the text you type), Mumu’s name, checks, care treats, Mumu’s state, growth, preferences, reactions, crew notes and settings are saved on your device and are not sent to us. Reminders are scheduled on your device and are not sent through our servers. If you use “Export my data”, the file is saved where you choose and is not sent to us.
2. If you link an account (optional): Google on Android, Apple on iPhone

We do not keep server request logs with your records. Cloudflare handles connection data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the service; we do not store IP addresses in our database.
3. Optional usage analytics (off by default)
If you turn on “Share usage analytics” (at the start or in Settings → Data), the app sends usage events to Google Analytics for Firebase: for example finishing setup, checking or undoing a routine (category and recommended-routine code only), using a care treat, growth and new reactions, reminder settings and app sessions. Each event uses a random app-instance ID. Google may derive an approximate location (country or region) from the connection. Routine text, names and email are never sent, the advertising ID is not collected, and no user ID is set. We use these statistics only to improve Mumu. Turning analytics off stops collection right away, clears events waiting on your device and resets the app-instance ID. Events already sent are deleted after up to 2 months (our Google Analytics retention setting).
4. What we do not collect
Email address or profile from your Google or Apple account, advertising ID, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, health or fitness data, and payment information. The app has no ads, no advertising SDKs and no in-app purchases.
5. Who processes the data
We do not sell or rent your data and do not use it for advertising. Service providers process data for us: Cloudflare hosts the server and database, Google verifies Google sign-in and, only if you turn analytics on, provides Google Analytics, and Apple verifies Sign in with Apple on iPhone. Replies to email are sent from our Gmail account. We disclose data when the law requires it.
6. Backups and international processing
Server backups rotate within 30 days. Cloudflare, Google and Apple operate global networks, so data may be processed outside your country.
7. Deleting your data and your rights
- Device only: Settings → Start over · Erase → Erase everything.
- Linked account: Settings → Start over · Erase → Delete account, or on the web: https://mumu.orangesea2022.workers.dev/mumu/ (for Google accounts: sign in with the same Google account; no new account is created there). An Apple account linked on iPhone is deleted in the app; we then also ask Apple to revoke Mumu’s sign-in. After you confirm with your sign-in, service data is deleted right away and backups expire within 30 days.
- Copy: Settings → Data → Export my data saves a file of your records.
You can also ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or stop processing, by email. We answer within 10 days.
8. Children
Mumu is not directed to children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has linked an account, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Sign-in identifiers are stored only as hashed values and sessions use random tokens.
10. Changes
We will update this page and the version date before collecting anything new, and show a notice in the app for important changes.
Terms of use
- The service. Mumu lets you pick small everyday tasks, check them off and care for a pixel jellyfish with the treats you earn. Mumu is not a medical device or a treatment or counseling service. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services.
- Account. No account is needed. Linking an account (Google on Android, Apple on iPhone) is optional; you must be 14 or older to link one. A Google account and an Apple account are separate Mumu accounts, so records do not move between them; use Export for a copy. Keep your sign-in secure.
- Your records. Without a linked account, records live only on your device and are lost if you erase the app data or lose the device. Use Export or link an account if you want a copy.
- Care treats. Treats are earned in the app only. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or cashed out and have no money value. All art, characters and text belong to the operator.
- Acceptable use. Do not abuse, reverse engineer or overload the service, or use automation against it.
- Changes and ending. We may change or end features with notice in the app. You can delete your data at any time.
- No warranty. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

무무는 가입 없이 쓸 수 있고, 그때 모든 기록은 기기 내부에만 있습니다. 계정을 직접 연결하면(Android는 Google, 아이폰은 Apple) 루틴과 무무 기록을 서버에 보관해 새 폰에서도 이어집니다. 이메일·이름·사진은 저장하지 않습니다. 사용 분석은 직접 켜기 전까지 꺼져 있습니다. 알림은 기기에서 예약됩니다. 광고와 유료 결제가 없습니다. 무무는 치료나 상담 서비스가 아닙니다.
개인정보처리방침
1. 계정 없이 쓸 때: 기기 내부에만 저장
루틴(직접 입력한 문구 포함), 무무 이름, 체크, 돌봄 보상, 무무 상태·성장·취향·반응, 연구진 기록, 설정은 기기 내부에 저장되고 운영자에게 보내지 않습니다. 알림은 기기에서 예약되고 서버를 거치지 않습니다. “내 데이터 내보내기” 파일은 직접 고른 곳에 저장되고 운영자에게 보내지 않습니다.

서버 요청 기록을 내 기록과 함께 보관하지 않습니다. Cloudflare가 서비스 전송과 보호를 위해 IP 주소 같은 접속 정보를 처리하며, 데이터베이스에는 IP를 저장하지 않습니다.
3. 선택 사용 분석(기본 꺼짐)
“사용 분석에 참여”를 켜면(첫 화면 또는 설정 → 데이터 설정) 앱이 Google Analytics for Firebase로 사용 이벤트를 보냅니다. 예: 첫 설정 완료, 루틴 체크·취소(분류와 추천 루틴 코드만), 돌봄 보상 사용, 성장과 새 반응, 알림 설정, 앱 실행. 이벤트에는 무작위 앱 인스턴스 ID가 붙고, Google이 접속 정보로 대략적인 위치(국가·지역)를 추정할 수 있습니다. 루틴 문구·이름·이메일은 보내지 않으며, 광고 ID를 수집하지 않고 사용자 ID를 설정하지 않습니다. 통계는 무무 개선에만 씁니다. 끄면 수집이 바로 멈추고 기기에 남은 이벤트를 지우며 앱 인스턴스 ID를 재설정합니다. 이미 보낸 이벤트는 최대 2개월 뒤 삭제됩니다(Google Analytics 보관 기간 설정).
4. 수집하지 않는 항목
Google·Apple 계정의 이메일·프로필, 광고 ID, 정확한 위치, 연락처, 사진, 마이크, 건강·운동 데이터, 결제 정보. 광고·광고 SDK와 인앱 결제가 없습니다.
5. 처리 위탁과 제공
개인정보를 판매·대여하지 않고 광고에 쓰지 않습니다. 서비스 제공을 위해 Cloudflare(서버·데이터베이스 운영)와 Google(Google 로그인 확인, 분석을 켠 경우에만 Google Analytics), Apple(아이폰의 Apple로 로그인 확인)에 처리를 맡깁니다. 이메일 답장은 운영자의 Gmail 계정에서 보냅니다. 법령에 따라 요구되는 경우에는 제공할 수 있습니다.
6. 백업과 국외 처리
서버 백업은 30일 안에 순환 삭제됩니다. Cloudflare, Google, Apple은 전 세계 네트워크를 운영하므로 자료가 국외에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
7. 삭제와 이용자의 권리
- 기기 기록만: 설정 → 다시 키우기 · 기록 지우기 → 모든 기록 지우기
- 연결한 계정: 설정 → 다시 키우기 · 기록 지우기 → 계정 삭제(탈퇴), 또는 웹 https://mumu.orangesea2022.workers.dev/mumu/(Google 계정: 앱과 같은 Google 계정으로 확인, 새 계정은 만들지 않음). 아이폰에서 연결한 Apple 계정은 앱에서 삭제하며, 이때 Apple에 무무 로그인 철회도 요청합니다. 본인 확인 후 서비스 기록은 바로 삭제되고, 백업은 30일 안에 만료됩니다.
- 사본: 설정 → 데이터 설정 → 내 데이터 내보내기로 기록 파일을 저장할 수 있습니다.
이메일로 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지를 요청할 수 있고 10일 안에 답합니다.
8. 아동
무무는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며 그 정보를 알고 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 계정을 연결한 사실을 알게 되면 연락 주세요. 삭제하겠습니다.
9. 안전성
전송 구간은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다. 로그인 식별값은 해시로만 저장하고 세션은 무작위 토큰을 씁니다.
10. 변경
새 항목을 수집하기 전에 이 페이지와 버전 날짜를 고치고, 중요한 변경은 앱에서 알립니다.
이용약관
- 서비스. 무무는 일상의 작은 일을 고르고 체크해 받은 보상으로 픽셀 해파리를 돌보는 앱입니다. 의료기기가 아니며 치료나 상담 서비스가 아닙니다. 위급한 상황이라면 지역 응급 기관에 연락해 주세요.
- 계정. 계정 없이 쓸 수 있습니다. 계정 연결(Android는 Google, 아이폰은 Apple)은 선택이며, 연결하려면 만 14세 이상이어야 합니다. Google 계정과 Apple 계정은 서로 다른 무무 계정이라 기록이 서로 옮겨지지 않습니다. 사본은 내보내기를 쓰세요. 로그인을 안전하게 관리해 주세요.
- 내 기록. 계정을 연결하지 않으면 기록은 기기에만 있고, 앱 데이터를 지우거나 기기를 잃으면 사라집니다. 사본이 필요하면 내보내기나 계정 연결을 쓰세요.
- 돌봄 보상. 보상은 앱 안에서만 얻습니다. 사거나 팔거나 교환하거나 현금으로 바꿀 수 없고 금전 가치가 없습니다. 그림, 캐릭터, 문구의 권리는 운영자에게 있습니다.
- 이용 규칙. 서비스를 악용하거나 역설계하거나 과부하를 주거나 자동화 도구로 공격하지 마세요.
- 변경과 종료. 기능은 앱 안 안내 후 바뀌거나 끝날 수 있습니다. 언제든 기록을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 보증 없음. 서비스는 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 간접 손해를 책임지지 않으며, 소비자 법상 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
